Character Sacrifice

The Sacrifice system allows you to enhance the attributes of any weapon or wearable item by sacrificing a certain number of NFT characters, which will burn the selected NFT characters in the process. This process will help eliminate low-valued character NFTs from the marketplace, raising the floor price of the NFTs and offsetting the inflation of the character supply.

By Sacrificing characters, you can receive the following benefits (depending on the number of characters that you’ve chosen to sacrifice):

“Of Power” Sacrifice: Sacrificing 1 Character = Item attributes improved by 20%

“Of Demise“ Sacrifice: Sacrificing 2 Characters = Item attributes improved by 30%

“Of Clan“ Sacrifice: Sacrificing 3 Characters = Item attributes improved by 40%

“Of Essence” Sacrifice: Sacrificing 5 Characters = Item attributes improved by 50%

The items that are enhanced by this sacrificial process are renamed to reflect their new powers. For instance, if a Mage’s Potion is imbued with an “Of Power” sacrifice, then it is renamed a Wage Potion of Power.

Items can be imbued by sacrificial benefits more than once; however, the benefits reflected will only take the most recent sacrifice into consideration.
